This role will involve managing and scaling Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure, designing and implementing cloud architectures, and leading containerization and infrastructure automation across various projects. You will work with a broader set of DevOps and CNCF tools, applying deep expertise in CI/CD, security, and infrastructure-as-code to support high-availability applications across diverse cloud environments. What You'll Do: Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) across AWS environments, maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. Lead the development and automation of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD, Cilium, TeamCity, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline to streamline application deployment and configuration. Expertly manage cloud resources using Terraform, and develop reusable, version-controlled IaC modules, promoting modular, scalable infrastructure deployment. Strong understanding and experience with Helm charts, and CNCF applications such as Cilium, Karpenter, and Prometheus. Configure and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring compliance with container security standards. Oversee Docker image creation, tagging, and management, including maintaining secure, efficient Docker repositories (ECR, JFrog). Utilize monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Cloudwatch Container Insight) to ensure system performance, detect issues, and proactively address performance concerns. Act as an escalation point for critical issues, conduct root cause analyses and maintain SOPs and documentation for efficient incident response and knowledge sharing. Provide training, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the CCoE team. What You'll Bring: BE/B.Tech or higher in CS, IT or EE. Hands-on experience of 7-8 years in delivering container-based deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. Good exposure in writing Helm Charts and configuring Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines. Experience in writing manifest files for Deployment, Service, Pod, Daemon Sets, Persistent Volume (PV), Persistent Volume Claim (PVC), Storage, Namespaces. Experience in Cloud, DevOps, and Linux and Experience in DevOps Tools like Git, Helm, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong hands-on experience in Python, Yaml, or similar languages. Build and deploy Docker containers to break up monolithic apps into microservices, improving developer workflow. Strong understanding of container security and relevant tool experience like Sysdig, CrowdStrike, etc. Strong knowledge of container performance monitoring and scaling policies. Deep Linux knowledge with an understanding of the container ecosystem. Good Experience to develop images using Docker container Technology. Should have good communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities: Rate Negotiation with Liners/Feeders: Negotiate competitive freight rates with shipping liners and feeder operators. Analyze pricing structures to optimize cost efficiency and profitability. Maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure the best possible terms. Quotation and Negotiation Management: Prepare, review, and manage freight quotations for customers and partners. Handle rate negotiations with clients, ensuring alignment with market trends. Ensure timely and competitive pricing responses to inquiries and tenders. Carrier Relations & Market Research: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with carriers and shipping lines. Conduct regular market research to track freight rate trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments. Provide insights to improve pricing strategies and optimize shipping routes. Requirements: Proven experience in Dry/OOG (Out of Gauge) container pricing . Strong knowledge of freight rate structures and carrier negotiations. NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) experience is advantageous. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt pricing strategies accordingly. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

IoT Platform Software Engineer (Qualcomm) General Summary: Join a multi-skilled IoT platform team working across various technologies to build quick prototypes for customer demos, develop features spanning application to kernel/BSP layers, and support Qualcomm SoC-based IoT products end-to-end. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure timely delivery of competitive, stable, and performant products. Key Responsibilities: Build rapid prototypes on Linux/Android platforms for customer demos and IoT use cases. Develop features across the software stack: applications, middleware, kernel, BSP. Support platform bring-ups on different SoCs and coordinate cross-team issue resolution. Work closely with customer engineering teams to resolve escalated platform-specific issues. Deliver products on time with focus on functionality, stability, and performance. Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 1-2+ years of software engineering experience (academic or professional). Strong programming skills in C/C++ (experience with Java, Python is a plus). Hands-on experience with Android and/or Ubuntu Linux environments. Solid understanding of Linux internals and related technologies (systemd, SELinux, Snaps, containerization including Docker). Familiarity with Linux kernel architecture and SoC bring-up processes. Knowledge of multimedia subsystems: Camera, Video, Audio, Display, Graphics. Proficient troubleshooting skills for software and system-level issues. Experience with the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and support. Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and ability to collaborate across teams. Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable working across various technology areas.
